The cosy open-plan seating area has a large L-shaped sofa and is centred on the log burning stove. The original Blue Lias flagstones and exposed stone walls have been retained.

There is a 42" TV with HD Freesat, DVD player and CD/radio.

Full central heating by gas is provided, which keeps the place cosy in even the coldest weather (e.g. Christmas 2010), and the running cost is included in the rent.

The property is fitted with smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket.

The fully-fitted kitchen has a ceramic hob and built-in electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washing machine and tumble drier, as well as a comprehensive range of kitchen equipment.
 Adjoining the kitchen is the dining area, furnished with an antique refectory table. It leads through double doors to the quaint Grade II listed conservatory. There is a fully tiled bathroom with high quality shower over the bath.
The 18th Century conservatory catches the afternoon sun through its stained glass windows. It leads to a formal garden, with table and chairs.

Cider House Upstairs

At the top of the open tread staircase is a gallery that contains the bedroom, with 5' double bed and built in wardrobe and chest of drawers behind antique pine doors. It has a view of the Mendip Hills out of the old hayloft window. All bed linen and towels are provided.

Coach House Downstairs (4 star)

There is a spacious open-plan dining room and separate kitchen. The dining table seats six comfortably, and a high chair is also supplied.

The room retains the original woodwork of the stable stalls.

The whole house is heated by night storage radiators, the running costs of which are included in the rent.

There is a 32" Freeview TV, DVD player, CD/radio and payphone, and the bookcase is stacked with books, board games and guides to local places of interest.

Double french windows lead out onto sunny stone-paved and walled patio.

Coach House Upstairs

Two large double bedrooms, one furnished with queen-sized 5' double bed, wardrobe, dressing table and TV; the other with twin beds, pair of bunks, wardrobe and dressing table. A cot is also supplied, on request, at no charge.

The bunks may be split between the rooms, or moved into the double room, if required. All bed linen is included in the rent.

The modern bathroom is fitted with three-piece suite and tiled splashbacks and has an electric shower over the bath. All the upstairs rooms have attractive exposed wooden beams and pitched ceilings.
