Booking the Hall couldn't be simpler. Check the Booking Calendar, or use form below to find if the date you want is available (or ask any other question) and then use the booking form to request the date you want and create the booking agreement.

Once you know what date you want to book please read the Terms & Conditions of Hire and then fill in this form and submit it. A copy will be automatically created for you to sign and send to the Bookings Secretary. If you want to take advantage of the alcohol licence you will also need to complete the Sale of Alcohol Form and return it to the Bookings Secretary.
